added a new ae script containing helper functions for your scripts: rd: utilities.

added Layers info to the ae scripting fundamentals section. also, moved the fundamentals information into its own section, and added titles to news items and rss feed.

added Motion Trackers and Project info to the ae scripting fundamentals section, and updated a few other sections with small formatting tweaks.

added Footage, Masks, and Paint info to the ae scripting fundamentals section, and updated the Effects section with alternate info on retrieving the Effects property group.
